Order the Microsoft 365 Backup as a Service by Storagepipe from the IBM Cloud Catalog and begin the ordering process. Once you place an order in the IBM Cloud Catalog, a Storagepipe onboarding specialist will contact you within 1 business day using the email supplied in the order form. An email will be sent from helpdesk@storagepipe.com to start the onboarding process. Work with a Storagepipe Customer Service Representative to onboard your Organization into our M365 BaaS platform for offsite data protection. Initial backups run based on your backup policy and retention schedule. Status can be viewed on the Storagepipe Customer Portal. A Storagepipe Recovery Administrator will configure the Storagepipe Customer Portal to allow restores performed by your M365 Administrator. Multiple recovery options are available.
